Who counts as a user?
Active accounts in your workspace. Deactivated accounts don’t count, and your admin controls activation – so the number is always yours to steer.
What exactly does “early access” mean?
Personal onboarding, a direct line to the people building Dydation, and the founding-customer rate locked for 12 months. Prices may change later – yours won’t during that period.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes – write to us and we’ll walk you through a live workspace on realistic data, on your questions, not a scripted demo reel.
What are the “planned” badges?
Roadmap items, marked honestly. Nothing labelled planned is sold as existing – enterprise capabilities land together with our design partners, who help shape them.
Where does our data live?
On servers in the European Union, with every organization isolated in its own database schema. Full history is a product principle – nothing is ever silently deleted.
Do you offer self-hosting?
No – Dydation is cloud only. It keeps every team on the same, current version and lets a small team ship fast.
How do we pay?
During early access: a simple invoice, handled personally. Self-serve billing comes later – and founding customers keep their rate.
People change jobs. The map doesn’t.
