Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026 · applies to the website dydation.com

The short version

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. There are no forms. The only personal data we ever receive through this site is what you choose to send us by email – and we use it solely to reply.

Who we are

Dydation is the operator of dydation.com. For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@dydation.com.

What we process, and why

Email correspondence. If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you sign with one, and the content of your message – to reply and to follow up on your inquiry (legitimate interest, and steps prior to entering a contract if you ask about early access). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.).

Technical delivery. The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. We do not receive or store this data ourselves and we run no analytics on it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any business relationship that follows, and then archived or deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Write to contact@dydation.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. The platform itself (your organization’s workspace) is governed by separate agreements concluded with customers.
